Despite the complexity that comes with Australia Immigration law, advice is conveyed in plain English that clients understand. By providing clear instruction of the criteria needed to satisfy the Department of Immigration & Citizenship (DIAC), clients are able to make an informed choice of the appropriate Australian visa to meet their needs. For example, a visa application may be based on an applicant's business skills or skilled occupation. Alternatively, clients may be informed of ways to improve their Australian Immigration options, requiring careful planning.

Speedy preparation of Visa and Sponsorship applications

Migrate Australia with speed! Avoiding unnecessary processing delays requires a complete and thorough Australian visa application to be lodged with DIAC. My expertise and experience allows me to ascertain what is required by the case officer at DIAC in order for them to process the application in the shortest possible period. In most cases, applications are decision-ready, able to be processed in the one sitting because the required evidence and information is with the case officer at the time of their assessment.

In all cases I would recommend an application be lodged only where I was confident of a successful outcome. I cannot however guarantee an application to be successful. Australian Real Estate - Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval

Foreign investors in Australian property are unable to purchase most residential property without residency status in Australia. In those cases where foreign investors are able to purchase residential property, Australian Government approval must be obtained through the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).

Residential real estate means all Australian urban land, including hobby farms or rural residential blocks, other than properties used for commercial purpose. Properties used for commercial purpose includes offices, factories, warehouses, accommodation facilities, restaurants and shops.

Migrate Now will assist in answering questions raised by Foreign Investors and assist in their Australian visa application for residency status, if required.
